Approval filings are divided into two categories, differentiated according to the efficacy of the product。1) Special approval, such as whitening and freckle removal, need to go to the Beijing Food and Drug Administration, valid for about 8-10 months。2) Non-special approval, such as the product has moisturizing, hydrating and other effects, can be handled in Beijing or the place of registration, the time limit is 3-6 months。
2. Confirm whether other documents required for import are complete。
Documents required for import include approval documents, product packaging and translation documents, Chinese labels, proof of production date, certificate of origin, ingredient percentage formula table, packing list, invoice, purchase contract, bill of lading, declaration elements。The importer needs to have the right to import and export, and the consignee is on record (the above information is required for import, and this information can be used for import declaration, without other information).
Third, after confirming that the materials are complete, it is necessary to confirm whether the imported cosmetics products have Chinese labels and import ports。
Different ports have different requirements。Some ports do not attach Chinese labels must be affixed to the customs rectification warehouse before release (customs rectification warehouse labeling price is relatively expensive)。Some ports can be picked up directly without labeling, and some ports only need to enter the warehouse for labeling (the general probability is 10%-20%, and the inspection rate of goods from Japan to China will be very high).。Of course, if the importer does not issue the Chinese label after the Chinese label is issued, they should also issue their own winning label, otherwise the market Supervision Administration will be punished for putting it on the market。
